Use Strong, Unique Passwords

Minimum 12 characters with mix of letters, numbers, and symbols

Don't reuse passwords from other sites (Facebook, banking, etc.)

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Log into your Client Area

Go to "Security Settings" or click your profile name

Select "Two-Factor Authentication"

Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy app

Enter the 6-digit code to confirm

Done! Now you need your password AND your phone to log in
Change Passwords Regularly

Update cPanel and client area passwords every 3-6 months

Change immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Don't Share Login Details

Never email passwords to anyone

If someone needs access, create a separate account for them

Check Login History

In your client area, view "Account Activity" or "Login History"

Look for unfamiliar IP addresses or locations

Contact us immediately if you see suspicious logins
Log Out Properly

Always click "Logout" when finished, especially on public computers
