How Do I Create an Email Account in cPanel?

Setting up a professional email address like info@yourbusiness.co.za only takes a couple of minutes in cPanel.

1. Log into cPanel and open Email Accounts.
2. Click Create, then type the part before the @ symbol (e.g. info) - your domain is usually filled in automatically.
3. Set a strong password, and choose a mailbox storage quota (or leave it unlimited if your plan allows).
4. Click Create Account.

Once created, you can access this mailbox two ways: through webmail (log in at yourdomain.co.za/webmail from any browser), or by setting it up in an email app like Outlook or the Mail app on your phone, using the mail server settings cPanel provides under each account's Connect Devices option.
