3. The "Flex-ibility" Clause
All design services are provided entirely at the discretion of Afriweb and Flex. We reserve the right to accept, decline, pause, or withdraw the provision of design services for any request, including without limitation where we reasonably suspect abuse, exploitation, or misuse of this promotion, or requests that fall outside the spirit of a genuine small-business one-page website. We're generous, not gullible.
4. Bring Your Own Brilliance
You'll need to supply your own text, logo, and images, or tell us what you'd like included - our designers are talented, but mind-reading isn't on the syllabus. Stock imagery may be used at our discretion where none is supplied.
5. Reasonable Limits Apply
This promotion covers one page, thoughtfully designed. Multi-page sites, e-commerce functionality, custom development, or anything requiring a small army of developers fall outside the free offer - but we'd love to quote you separately for that.
6. No Cash Value, No Backsies
This offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a discount or credit, and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless we say so in writing. One per customer, however charming your second request may be.
7. Timing Is Everything
Design work begins once your hosting account is active and you've supplied the content we need. Turnaround times are estimates, not vows - we'll always keep you in the loop.
8. We Can Tweak This
Afriweb may amend, extend, or end this promotion at any time and for any reason, without prior notice - though we'll always honour any free website already in progress when we do.
9. The Standard Stuff
This promotion sits alongside, and does not replace, Afriweb's standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your hosting account and your use of our services.
