How do I get help from Afriweb support?

Submitting a Ticket (Best for Technical Issues):
  1. Log into your client area
  2. Select "Open Ticket" in the left side menu
  3. Select a department:
    • Support — Website down, email problems, cPanel issues
    • Accounts — Invoice questions, payment problems, upgrades
    • Sales — New orders, package changes, domain transfers
  4. Enter a clear subject (e.g., "Website not loading after 9 AM")
  5. Describe your issue with details:
    • Your domain name
    • When the problem started
    • Any error messages you see
  6. Click "Submit"
What happens next:
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number
  • Our support team responds within 4 hours (usually faster!)
  • Track progress in "Support" → "My Tickets"
Urgent website down?
  • Submit a ticket AND email contact@afriweb.co.za with your ticket number
  • Include your cell phone number for Whatsapp updates
Tip: Check our Network Status page (link in client area footer) first—if there's a known server issue, we're already working on it!
