Submitting a Ticket (Best for Technical Issues):

Log into your client area

Select "Open Ticket" in the left side menu

Select a department:

Support — Website down, email problems, cPanel issues

Accounts — Invoice questions, payment problems, upgrades

Sales — New orders, package changes, domain transfers

Enter a clear subject (e.g., "Website not loading after 9 AM")

Describe your issue with details:

Your domain name
-
When the problem started
-
Any error messages you see
-

Click "Submit"
What happens next:

You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number

Our support team responds within 4 hours (usually faster!)

Track progress in "Support" → "My Tickets"
Urgent website down?

Submit a ticket AND email contact@afriweb.co.za with your ticket number

Include your cell phone number for Whatsapp updates
